First make sure no Bluetooth devices or wired audio connections are currently in use with your device. After verifying that, if the issue persist, follow the steps below:
Keep in mind, the issue may either be due to your browser extensions or the antivirus/spyware installed on your device.
Our program works best using Chrome browser. Try again using the recommended browser, if the issue persist or if you are currently experiencing the issue while using Chrome, please follow the steps below:
To manage your browser extensions for Chrome browser follow the steps below. Please perform the steps before logging into the AWOL back office.
Click the menu icon "≡" or 3 vertical dots icon, at the top right of the browser window, choose "Tools" and choose "Extensions" to open a new "Options" tab.
Uncheck "Enabled" to disable an extension.
I advise that you uncheck each option one at a time. After disabling one extension, log into your back office and check if the audio work. If it does then that let you know that extension is the one causing the issue. If the audio does not work, logout of the back office and uncheck the next extension and repeat the process again.
If you have disabled each extension and the audio is still not resolved then that lets us know your antivirus/spyware is the issue and at that point you will need to have your computer checked for a virus and it will have to be removed on your end by an IT or Geek Squad.
