AWOL has a 14-day no questions asked refund policy on its training products.

We stand by this refund policy, however, you do have input that you'd like to share, we'd love to hear it!

Refund requests are not accepted via phone, and must be sent in writing via email to concierge@awolacademy.com 

Please note that refunds are not available for event purchases.  Event related inquiries can be directed to events@awolacademy.com
